yes, chewing sugar-free gum will help reduce plaque, because it produces more saliva which washes the food and everything from between your teeth.

Some gums. Buy a gum with Xylitol koolers.and it also prevents cavaties(other sugarless gums are said to not cause decay)

some gum does like trident and other dental gum...

but brushing your teeth is nmuch better though
